Well, I feel as if this week has been a semi-success. I lost a total of 5.4 pounds. I would have been down more but, I cheated on Saturday and Sunday!!! Will try to do better this week but will be hard as we are going to my in-laws for vacation. Pray I don't gain it all back. I would at least like to maintain or lose 1-2 lbs! It's too hard to hit it hard when you are at someone elses house and can't control what is being fed to you. I CAN control the amount I eat though so hopefully that will work! We will see!

I have tried dieting. I would not really be a success story. But I think you could be. Slow and steady may not be exciting, but it will get the job done. Keep at it. I think you are doing great. I'll be watching the chart. :) Lolly

Congratulations! I have been trying to diet too, I lost 7 pounds and then fell off the diet train. :) Today it begins again... it is hard work, we must take it a day at a time! :)
